So I know you (as if I have an audience) have been losing sleep and anxiously awaiting the follow-up to my last post on Halloween decorations. Well, your wait is over, as I present to you, my porch decoration!:
My pot of half-dying mums and added mini pumpkins. The mums were not dying when purchased, but I got my hands on them and that tends to happen to plants that are left in my care. Fortunately the same does not go for small children.
And that's it! I'm sure your curiosity and anticipation has been satisfied. Happy Halloween!

Just kidding, just kidding. Here is my windsock which you caught a glimpse of last week:
And HERE is my 'friend' I alluded to in the last post, his name is Bob.
Bob enjoys long walks in the park, discussing politics, and scrapbooking. Bob has an array of emotions, including feeling pensive:
Bob and I enjoy our time together (I said he was my friend in the last post) and activities such as sitting around with the cats:
Before Justin was aware of my purchase, I may or may not have slipped Bob into the bed, under the covers in a startlingly David Hasselhoff-esque pose and then asked Justin to "Go get a shirt for me in the bedroom..." My giggling gave it away. I never claimed to be mature.
I don't even know why this is pictured under the title of Halloween decor because Bob is staying out ALL. YEAR. LONG. We have so much fun together, and as I mentioned the neighborhood kids love him!
Lesson of the day: You can buy friends.

Not pictured: Lady walking by as I was posing Bob and snapping pictures, trying hard not to laugh at me. |
Monty is not amused. |
