My heart is heavy for those in the community surrounding Sandy Hook Elementary, and especially for the families of the victims. When Dylan got off of the bus yesterday, safely, I have never felt so fortunate in my life.
Please hug your kids extra tight, and teach them the difference between being angry and acting upon it, and how to express that anger in a healthy way. It is okay to be angry, it is not okay to hurt someone.
